The pallet robot eliminates the arms-consuming handling of nailing machines, as well as the heavy manual lifting of pallets and enables working without high physical strength, preventing work injuries. The pallet material is manually placed on one side of the rotation table by the operator. The table then turns into the robot cell, where the robot nails the pallet, lifts the pallet out of the fixture and stacks it inside the cell – all that, while the operator places new pallet material on the other side of the table and the cycle begins again.
