The pallet robot eliminates the arms-consuming handling of nailing machines, as well as the heavy manual lifting of pallets and enables working without high physical strength, preventing work injuries. Furthermore, there is no need for a background in robotics, engineering or even special training to operate the RN4017. All pallet recipes are set in the easy-to-use interface, and saved and loaded for later use - reducing the changeover between orders to just seconds.

The pallet material is manually placed on one side of the rotation table by the operator. The table then turns into the robot cell, where the robot nails the pallet, lifts the pallet out of the fixture and stacks it inside the cell – all that, while the operator places new pallet material on the other side of the table and the cycle begins again.
